In my "formative" years our radio was always tuned into WBCO-AM. Those were the days that LaVonne Moore, Charlie Brown, Evelyn Heinlin and Doyle Weaver were the local celebrities. Never in my wildlest dreams did I imagine the opportunity would come to emulate these wonderful people.
You may remember "Party Line", LaVonne's show that keep everyone up to date. That show has seen many hosts since it's original inception, Randy Moore, Donna Laipply, and Joy Tarbert. Boy talk about big shoes to fill. Hopefully "Talk About Town" is doing the job. Well, remember to laugh...it is good for your soul!

Cooking with Joy in the Morning
5 large potatoes 1 Tbsp Paprika
2 large egg whites
You will need light vegetable oil cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 4000. Slice each potato lengthwise into 1/4 in. ovals,
then slice each oval length wise into matchsticks. Coat a baking sheet with 3 sprays of the vegetable oil.
combine egg whites and paprika in a bowl. Add potato sticks into
mixture to coat all of the sticks well. Pour the coated sticks onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread out into a thin
layer, leaving a little space between. Put on the bottom shelf of oven. Bake 40 - 45 min.
until fries are crispy. Turn them every 6 min. to brown evenly.
