Crestline family loses everything in early morning fire, here’s how you can help

CRESTLINE, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—A Crestline family is now without a home after an early morning fire. Grant and Lisa Zucker, who reside at 6891 Leesville Rd., lost their home and belongings in the fire. Fortunately, Lisa, asleep at the time, was alerted to the fire by their dogs, potentially saving her life.

The family is in immediate need of assistance, including clothing donations, school supplies for the kids, winter gloves and hats for the kids, or help with dog food. The dogs are currently being cared for by friends. They eat Purina One Chicken and Rice.

The specific clothing sizes needed are as follows:

– Men’s: shirts 2x, pants 38/34
– Women’s: shirts large, pants size 15
– Girl: size 18 kids or adult smalls
– Boy 1: men’s large pants 38/32
– Boy 2: kids 14, xl kids

Donations can be dropped off at AA-American Bail Bonds at 125 North Columbus St. in Galion. Their contact number is 419-777-7090. The Zucker family would greatly appreciate any assistance.

The fire remains under investigation.
