Crestline Police seek public’s help to locate additional suspect

CRESTLINE—Crestline City Police are seeking the community’s help in locating an additional suspect in the murder of Cynthia Jo Heath. The homicide occurred last Thursday at 701 Bucyrus Street, Crestline.

As a follow-up to that homicide, Investigators are looking to locate Eugene Flinders Jr.

Mr. Flinders is a white male age 33, 5 Ft 11 inches Tall, weighing approx. 180 Lbs. Records indicate that he has Brown Hair and Hazel Eyes. His Last Known address is shown as 244 East Arch Street, Mansfield, OH. Flinders has ties to Crestline and Galion Addresses. His last known address in Crestline was 711 West Bucyrus Street, where he resided with family. He is known to drive an older Mercedes Benz (White in Color) displaying Ohio license plate # JDF8800.

Eugene Flinders is on probation through the Mansfield Municipal Court and does have an Active Warrant for his arrest for an “unrelated” incident. When making a query of his record, it does indicate an “APPROACH WITH CAUTION” and “WANTED” flag. Do not approach this individual and contact local law enforcement if you know his location.
