Friday, July 30, 2021

12:19 a.m.-A First Avenue resident reported someone broke a window at their residence.

1:55 a.m.-A report of assault was investigated in the East Church Street area.

7:51 a.m.-An injury motorcycle accident was investigated on Ohio 19.

11:49 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated at Amman’s Reservoir.

12:36 p.m.-A two-vehicle accident was investigated in the 400 block of Portland Way North. No injuries were reported and Raven S. Phillips was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead.

1:50 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 700 block of Center Street.

1:59 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 500 block of Virgil Street.

5:31 p.m.-A report of chickens running loose in the 500 block of South Riblet Street was investigated.

7:35 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of Eighth Avenue. John M.L. Eusey was arrested for domestic violence.

10 p.m.-A report of kids drinking and hollering at Powers Reservoir was investigated. The kids were fishing and got excited when they caught a fish.

9:50 a.m.-A Fairview Avenue resident reported that someone hit their mailbox during the night.

11:53 a.m.-A report of a truck with its engine on fire was investigated in the 1300 block of Harding Way East. Marion Police were contacted to determine if the vehicle belongs to someone in that area and Leslie Kroninger Jr., 38, Delaware, and Audra A. Brown, 43. Texas, were arrested for receiving stolen property. They were taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

3:03 p.m.-A report of a fight was investigated in the 400 block of Hensley Avenue.

10:52 p.m.-A report of a disturbance in the Cherry Street area was investigated.

12:05 p.m.-A report of a breaking and entering was investigated in the 200 block of Second Avenue.

12:20 p.m.-A report of a male refusing to leave a business in the 900 block of Charles Street. The man was warned against trespassing at the business.

2:34 p.m.-A report of a dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

3:02 p.m.-A welfare check was investigated in the 800 block of Charles Street.

7:30 p.m.-A trash fire was investigated in the 1300 block of Nazor Road.

8:17 p.m.-Trevor D. Wren and Michael A. Shappard were issued a citations for driving under suspension on South Street.

9:45 p.m.-An Easton Way resident reported receiving harassing text messages.
