Friday, May 29, 2020

12:29 a.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the 300 block of Bennett Drive.

2:01 a.m.-The K-9 unit assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the 5900 block of Spring Valley Court.

8:32 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 500 block of Galion Arms.

1:13 p.m.-Officers assisted an elderly man from out of state change his tire at the Valero station.

7:18 p.m.-A report of a dog running loose in the 300 block of Third Avenue was made. The Crawford County Dog Warden took custody of the dog.

9:12 p.m.-Ricky R. Clark, 51, Marion, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

9:17 p.m.-A report of a suspicious man looking in the windows of a residence in the 500 block of Portland Way North was investigated. The man was issued a warning for disorderly conduct and trespassing and was given a ride home by officers.

9:48 p.m.-A report of a breaking and entering in the 300 block of South Union Street was investigated. The person was a tenant attempting to retrieve their property but was locked out by the landlord.

9:55 p.m.-Kenneth D. Griest was issued a citation for a stop sign violation in the South Boston Street area.

10:38 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 500 block of West Church Street.

11:53 p.m.-A report of a suspicious man looking into vehicles in the 300 block of Ohio 19 was investigated.

Saturday, May 30, 2020

8:33 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 200 block of Grant Street.

11:08 a.m.-A domestic issue was mediated by officers in the 300 block of South Market Street.

7:32 p.m.-A report of dirt bikes being ridden in the roadway was investigated in the First Avenue area. The people involved put the ATV’s and bikes away.

8:24 p.m.-A report of the theft of utilities in the 100 block of Third Avenue was investigated.

11:06 p.m.-A report of a fight at Circle K was investigated. The people involved had dispersed and left the area.

11:29 p.m.-The K-9 unit assisted with a vehicle search in the East Atwood Street area.

8:43 a.m.-Chad Davis was issued a court date on a warrant in the area of Moto Mart.

10:08 a.m.-A Libby Lane resident reported a bicycle and teapot stolen by someone they know.

10:17 a.m.-A report of two males looking into the windows a residence in the 100 block of South Murray Street was investigated.

2:15 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 700 block of Surrey Drive.

5:41 p.m.-Scotty D. Sharrock was issued a citation for driving under suspension and a stop sign violation in the Charles Street area.

7:33 p.m.-Ammunition found in a house being renovated was turned over to officers at the police department.
