Tuesday, November 24, 2020

11:54 a.m.-A standby was conducted in the 300 block of Pine Street.

2:33 p.m.-A report of fraud was investigated in the 300 block of Portland Way South.

6:21 p.m.-Tristan L. Lucas was issued a citation for driving under suspension.

10:54 p.m.-James McClarren was arrested for domestic violence in the 500 block of North East Street.

11:24 p.m.-Officers conducted a well-being check in the Harding Way East area and assisted EMS personnel. The coroner was called to the scene.

6:21 p.m.-Nicole R. Lucas, 46, Galion, was arrested in the 900 block of Charles Street.

9:11 p.m.-A report of a girl screaming in an apartment in the Libby Lane area led to the arrest of one person.

11:18 p.m.-Kyree L. Norman, 22, Galion, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

4:29 a.m.-A Chestnut Place resident reported a man attempting to break into their house by breaking a window.

6:34 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 800 block of South Boston Street. Rena K. Sirk, 49, Galion, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

8:51 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 5900 block of Galion-New Winchester Road.

10:22 a.m.-A report of a driver running a red light led to Nicole L. Lewis being issued a citation for a red light violation in the 400 block of Harding Way West.

1:19 p.m.-Officers assisted a person in getting to the Galion Community Hospital Emergency Department.

1:22 p.m.-A neighborhood dispute was investigated in the 300 block of West Atwood Street.

5:20 p.m.-A report of someone using a credit card they found was investigated in the 300 block of Garverick Court.

9:36 p.m.-A report of a domestic violence incident in progress was investigated in the 300 block of West Railroad Street.

11:22 p.m.-A West Church Street resident reported an unwanted male at their residence. The man left without further issues.

12:40 a.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 400 block of South Pierce Street.

2:56 p.m.-A standby was conducted in the 200 block of South Street.

3:35 p.m.-Officers assisted Children Services personnel with a couple and their baby who are homeless.

3:58 p.m.-Officers assisted the coroner in the Libby Lane area.

5:12 p.m.-A standby was conducted in the 600 block of Willowcrest Drive.

12:06 a.m.-Officers assisted a person experiencing mental health issues at Galion Community Hospital.

12:50 a.m.-Desiree L. Jaynes was issued a citation for driving under suspension on Dawsett Avenue.

12:26 p.m.-A deer crashed through the front entrance door of the office of Dr. Nicholas J. Phillips on Public Square, causing damage to the door.

2:43 p.m.-A two-vehicle injury accident was investigated in the 200 block of Portland Way North. There was moderate damage to the vehicles that were towed from the scene by Ronk’s Towing.

7:15 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Portland Way North and both people involved were issued warnings for disorderly conduct.

7:44 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 7700 block of Ohio 19. Makenzie P. Smith was issued a citation.

8:56 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 200 block of North Liberty Street. All parties involved were issued warnings for disorderly conduct.

9:29 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 800 block of Charles Street.

1:58 p.m.-A hit-skip accident involving a red truck with a handicap sticker that fled the scene after sideswiping a vehicle in the 100 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

3:53 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 100 block of First Avenue.

7:18 p.m.-A disturbance was investigated in the 300 block of North Columbus Street and two people were issued warnings for disorderly conduct.

8:36 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the Cherry Street area. Zeger’s Towing removed the vehicle from the scene.

12:29 a.m.-Timothy D. Reed, 31, Bucyrus, was arrested in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue on charges of aggravated burglary, domestic violence, violation of a protection order, criminal trespass and obstructing official business.

1:06 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue.

9:58 a.m.-A breaking and entering of a residence in the 800 block of Crew Avenue was investigated.

10:10 a.m.-An accident was investigated on Harding Way East involving a snowplow and a van. Brittany J. Grover was issued a citation for a red light violation.

2:37 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of Harding Way East.

12:10 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 300 block of South Union Street.

1:29 p.m.-One person was arrested at the police department on a Mansfield warrant and turned over to the Mansfield Post of the Ohio State Patrol.

5:19 p.m.-A South Boston Street resident reported receiving harassing phone calls.

6:32 p.m.-Ashley N. McNeely was issued a citation for speeding on Mansfield Road.

6:44 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

10:11 p.m.-Thomas K. Fay was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 100 block of South Market Street.

10:22 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 400 block of Libby Lane.
