12:45 a.m.-A Harding Way East resident reported their cell phone stolen by someone they know. It turned out to be a civil issue.

12:54 a.m.-Roberta Prevette was arrested on a warrant at Cedargate Apartments.

5:46 a.m.-Brianna O. Blackburn was issued a citation for speeding.

6:37 a.m.-Edna M. Stinehour was issued a citation for speeding in the 200 block of Portland Way North.

7:36 a.m.-Abendigo J. Kindler was issued a citation for speeding in the 200 block of Portland Way North.

8:16 a.m.-A parking complaint was investigated in the 200 block of North Columbus Street.

10:34 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Kroft Street. Stephen Sparks was arrested for assault.

12:23 p.m.-A person attempting to repossess a vehicle in the 400 block of Hensley Avenue reported being threatened by the vehicle owner.

3:21 p.m.-A cell phone found on the sidewalk in the Grant and North Market Street area was turned over to police.

3:58 p.m.-A report of several juveniles ganging up on another juvenile at Heise Park was investigated.

4:32 p.m.-A landlord-tenant dispute in the 600 block of Mackey Street was reported.

5:50 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 200 block of Pershing Avenue.

6:11 p.m.-A civil standby was conducted in the 100 block of East Walnut Street.

7:45 p.m.-Officers assisted Juvenile Court in the Heise Park area.

7:51 p.m.-Justin Stinehelfer was issued a citation for speeding near Cedargate Court.

7:53 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 700 block of Cherry Street.

8:31 p.m.-Ryan D. Humphrey was issued a summons for possession of drugs in the Harding Way West area.
