Two drivers cited after two-vehicle accident on Sunday

BUCYRUSꟷTwo people were issued citations after a two-vehicle crash was investigated by Bucyrus Police on Sunday afternoon.

At 12:41 p.m., officers responded to the accident scene at West Rensselaer and South Spring Streets. Both drivers were issued citations and no injuries were reported.

8:18 a.m.-Officers took a theft report in the 500 block of West Mansfield Street.

8:40 a.m.-A report of suspicious persons in the 200 block of West Galen Street was unfounded.

10:04 a.m.-Officers investigated a private property accident in the 100 block of North Lane Street.

10:50 a.m.-Officers took a report of a vehicle window broken by a rock thrown by a lawnmower in the 800 block of Cleland Avenue.

12:16 p.m.-Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

2:04 p.m.-A report of an intoxicated female in the area of Washington Street and Hopley Avenue was investigated.  The female was not located.

4:14 p.m.- Officers assisted a motorist with a vehicle lockout in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

4:25 p.m.- A private property accident was investigated in the 100 block of North Poplar Street.

5:15 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of Schell Avenue.

6:27 p.m.- Officers assisted a resident in the 200 block of Ethel Street.

6:38 p.m.- A domestic dispute was reported in the 100 block of Schell Avenue.

7:16 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 700 block of North Lane Street.

7:87 p.m.- A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 500 block of Jones Street.

9:03 p.m.- A domestic dispute was reported in the 1400 block of Cullen Court.

11:15  p.m.-A domestic dispute was reported in the 500 block of Plymouth Street.

11:31  p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street.

12:50  a.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the area of Emerson Street and North Sandusky Avenue.

1:27  a.m.-Officers investigated a suspicious person in the area of Aurora Street and Hopley Avenue.

1:39  a.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the area of Woodbine Apartments.

3:24  a.m.- A suspicious person was reported in the area of Schaber Avenue and Willard Street.

5:53  a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

8:04 a.m.-Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout at UDF.

10:56 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a vehicle striking a pole in the Southern Lights Shopping Plaza.

11:07 a.m.-Officers spoke to a woman who was having problems with an unruly juvenile.

1:34 p.m.-A report of a residence entered in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.

2:20 p.m.-A report of a scam was taken in the 1200 block of Whetstone Street.

3:32 p.m.-Officers responded to a reported fight in the Iron and East Charles Street area. No parties wanted to press charges.

4:50 p.m.-A reported domestic situation was investigated in the 500 block of Park Avenue.

5:10 p.m.-A juvenile was arrested on domestic violence charges. They were taken to the Richland County Juvenile Detention Center awaiting a court appearance.

7:59 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

8:46 p.m.-A 911 hang-up call was received in the 500 block of Failor Avenue.

9:41 p.m.-Officers checked the area of North Lane Street and Norton Way for a suspicious vehicle.

9:44 p.m.-Officers investigated a possible burglary in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street. A person was warned for trespassing.

10:00 p.m.-A juvenile complaint in the Woodlawn Avenue and Jones Street was investigated.

10:23  p.m.-Officers removed a deceased animal in the 3000 block of Ohio 98.

10:30  p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

10:46  p.m.-Michael Bloomfield, 42, was arrested in the area of Wallace Avenue and South Sandusky Avenue. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center and to be held for a court appearance.

11:23  p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 200 block of Penn Avenue.

11:29  p.m.-Officers investigated an assault in the 300 block of West Irving Street.

11:50  p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 500 block of Rensselaer Street.

1:43  a.m.-A suspicious person was reported in the 700 block of South Poplar Street.

1:54  a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a fight in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

2:28  a.m.-A loud music complaint was reported in the 300 block of West Center Street.

3:22 a.m.-Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 1000 block of Tiffin Street.

4:44 a.m.-Officers checked the 800 block of Cleland Avenue after a call of someone tapping on windows in the area.

5:27 a.m.-Officers spoke to a woman experiencing mental issues.

7:03 a.m.-Officers secured an open door in the 300 block of South Walnut Street.

10:04 a.m.-A report of a vacant house entered in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.

12:08 p.m.-A private property accident in the 400 block of Heritage Circle was investigated.

12:26 p.m.-Officers checked the Songer Avenue and Maple Street area after a report of a 911 hang-up.

1:41 p.m.-Officers investigated damage by a vehicle to a book box at Oakwood Cemetery.

2:50 p.m.-Officers picked up an abandoned bike in the 100 block of East Kilbourne Drive.

2:58 p.m.-Officers checked the area of Lutz Drive for a report of a person riding an ATV.

3:17 p.m.-A suspicious person was reported in the Colonial Drive and Beal Avenue area.

3:27 p.m.-A citizen stopped on station to speak with an officer concerning the welfare of a relative.

6:12 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the Waterford Glen area.

8:04 p.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth EMS in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

8:49 p.m.-Officers spoke with a citizen regarding a civil matter in the 500 block of Prospect Street.

9:36 p.m.-A report of a person trespassing in the 300 block of Short Street was made.

11:20  p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 100 block of Wayne Avenue.
